Herbert Clifton Jamieson was born on August 24, 1893 in Massachusetts. He was the son of William and Margaret Jamieson, of Whiteinch, Glasgow, Scotland. He served in the 4th Can. Div. M.T. Coy. of the Canadian Army Service Corps as a Private during World War I. PVT Jamieson died on January 22, 1919 at the age of 25 and is now buried in the Wavre Communal Cemetery, Belgium.
