Frazier Walker Albers was born on September 14, 1916 in Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee. He was the son of Juergen Lueben Albers and Almarine Walker Albers. SSgt. Frazier served as a Radio Operator in the 13th Squadron (C-46), 1st Transport Group (CBI), and was KIA when his plane crashed over the the Himalayan Mountains in India. He also has a cenotaphs located in Nashville National Cemetery, Madison, Davidson County, Tennessee and Old Ludlow Cemetery, Laura, Miami County, Ohio.

* Note death date discrepancy: US Military records list his death as 27 Oct 1943, however the family monument at Old Ludlow Cemetery lists it as 19 Oct 1943.

He was one of over 2000 Americans who lost their lives defending China from their Japanese invaders from 1941-1945. He is commemorated on the The Monument to the Aviation Martyrs in the War of Resistance Against Japan in Nanjing, China.
