Arthur L. Billman, Jr., was born on November 13, 1910 in Ohio. He was the son of Arthur L. Billman and Christena Judge Billman. He enlisted in the Army on August 13, 1943 and served in Company A, 134th Infantry Regiment, 35th Infantry Division as a Private First Class during World War II. He was Killed in Action on September 20, 1944 at the age of 33 during the battle for liberation of Agincourt, France and is now buried in the Penn Lincoln Memorial Park, North Huntingdon Township, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, USA.
