Harry A. Anderson was born on January 13, 1920 in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Victor A. Anderson. Harry served in the U.S. Army during World War II as a Sergeant in Company B, 16th Infantry Regiment, 1st Infantry Division. He was Killed in Action on January 15, 1945 by small arms fire at the age of 25 and is now buried in Evergreen Cemetery and Mausoleum, Evergreen Park, Cook County, Illinois, USA.
