Frank M. Abram was born on September 13, 1924 in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois. He is the son of Mr. Frank and Mrs. Sophia Abram and enlisted with the army in Chicago on November 16, 1943. Frank served in the U.S. Army during World War II as a Private in the 16th Infantry Regiment, 1st Infantry Division. He died on September 17, 1944 in Germany at the age of 20 and is now buried in Holy Cross Cemetery and Mausoleums, Calumet City, Cook County, Illinois, USA.
