Paul Kimberly Lambert was born on March 18, 1898 in Red Hook, Dutchess County, New York. He entered the military service in Connecticut and served in the U.S. Army during World War I as a Private in Company B, 101st Machine Gun Battalion, 26th Infantry Division. He died on October 24, 1918 in France at the age of 20 and is now buried in Meuse-Argonne American Cemetery and Memorial, Romagne-sous-Montfaucon, Departement de la Meuse, Lorraine, France.
