George Chicoine was born on August 12, 1893. He was the son of Joseph Chicoine and Exilda Cassidy Chicoine. He served in the U.S. Army during World War I as a Private in Battery B, 102nd Field Artillery Regiment, 26th Infantry Division. He was Killed in Action on October 12, 1918 at Meuse, France at the age of 25 and is now buried in Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery, Webster, Worcester County, Massachusetts, USA.
