Charles Sacchetti was born on September 27, 1900. He served in the U.S. Army during World War I in Company F, 104th Infantry Regiment, 26th Infantry "Yankee" Division. He died from his wounds received in battle on May 25, 1918 in France at the age of 17 and is now buried in Saint Joseph's Cemetery, Pittsfield, Berkshire County, Massachusetts, USA.
