Walter H. Young was born in 1896. He served in the U.S. Army during World War I as a Private in Company D, 103rd Infantry Regiment, 26th Infantry "Yankee" Division. He was Killed in Action on May 10, 1918 in Toulouse, France and is now buried in Pine Grove Cemetery, Lynn, Essex County, Massachusetts, USA.
