Victor Willie Lemay was born on August 20, 1898 in Concord, Merrimack County, New Hampshire. He served in the U.S. Army during World War I as a Private in Company E, 103rd Infantry Regiment, 26th Infantry "Yankee" Division. He died from his wounds received in battle on July 17, 1918 in France at the age of 19 and is now buried in Aisne-Marne American Cem., Belleau, France.
