Robert Taylor Heatley was born on May 7, 1894. He was the son of Richard Heatley and Mary Elizabeth Waters Heatley. He served in the U.S. Army during World War I in Company B, 103rd Infantry Regiment, 26th Infantry "Yankee" Division. He was Killed in Action on October 27, 1918 at the age of 24 and is now buried in Hewitts Cemetery, Rices Landing, Greene County, Pennsylvania, USA.
