Joseph A. Glover was born in 1893. He was the son of Nicholas P. Glover and Mary Glover. He served in the U.S. Army during World War I as a Second Lieutenant in Company C, 103rd Infantry Regiment, 26th Infantry "Yankee" Division. He was Killed in Action on July 23, 1918 in Belleau Wood and is now buried in Saint Mary Cemetery, New Britain, Hartford County, Connecticut, USA.
