Theobald P. Cote was born in 1895. He was the son of Joseph Cote and Suzanne Mullain Cote. He served in the U.S. Army during World War I as a Private in Company A, 103rd Infantry Regiment, 26th Infantry "Yankee" Division. He died in 1918 in France and is now buried in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Manchester, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire, USA.
