William F. Kubiak was born in 1896. He was the son of Anton Kubiak and Frances Kubiak. He served in the U.S. Army during World War I as a Private in Company C, 102nd Infantry Regiment, 26th Infantry "Yankee" Division. He died on October 25, 1918 and is now buried in Saint Stanislau's Cemetery, Michigan City, La Porte County, Indiana, USA.
