Thomas Francis Deady was born on October 6, 1891 in Chicopee, Hampden County, Massachusetts. He served in the U.S. Army during World War I as a Private First Class in the 102nd Infantry Regiment, 26th Infantry "Yankee" Division. He was Killed in Action on April 20, 1918 in France at the age of 26 and is now buried in Saint Patricks Cemetery, Chicopee, Hampden County, Massachusetts, USA.
