John P. Darcy was born in Mar 1888 in Mountscott, Knockanalban, Miltown Malbay, Co Clare, Ireland. He immigrated to Connecticut. He served in Co. C, 102nd Infantry Regt., 26th'Yankee" Division. He died from wounds received on April 20, 1918. Remains returned to Ireland in 1922 on the SS Millwater. Buried in Kildimo, Ireland.
