Alfred Raymond “Raymond” Buskey was born in March 1893 in Richford, Franklin County, Vermont. He served in the U.S. Army during World War I as a Private in the 102nd Infantry Regiment, 26th Infantry "Yankee" Division. He was declared "Missing in Action" on October 23, 1918 and is commemorated on Tablets of the Missing, Meuse-Argonne American Cemetery and Memorial, Romagne-sous-Montfaucon, Departement de la Meuse, Lorraine, France. He also has a cenotaph located in All Saints Catholic Cemetery, Richford, Franklin County, Vermont, USA.
