Reginald L. Brown was born in 1894 in Sutton, Monteregie Region, Quebec, Canada. he entered the military service in Connecticut and served in the U.S. Army during World War I as a Private in the 102nd Infantry Regiment, 26th Infantry "Yankee" Division. He died on July 25, 1918 and is now buried in Aisne-Marne American Cem., Belleau, France.
