Rudolph H. Arnemann was born on July 11, 1888. He served in the U.S. Army during World War I as a Private in Company B, 26th Infantry Regiment, 1st Infantry Division. He was Killed in Action on October 6, 1918 at the age of 30 and is now buried in Oak Hill Cemetery, Neenah, Winnebago County, Wisconsin, USA. His name is commemorated on the First Infantry Division monument in Saint-Juvin, France but his surname is inscribed as Arnemam in Company D of his unit.
