On the east side of the road.

Two tall rectangular granite pillars stand side by side, each bearing a gold-colored inscription and Coat of Arms of the Czech Republic  and Great Seal of the United States emblem, commemorating the liberation of the city by the U.S. Army on May 6, 1945. The dedication messages are inscribed on the pillars in both English and Czech, written back to back.
