English translation:

The clock and second bell of the church were donated in memory of Henry Howard Houston Woodward, born in Philadelphia, United States, on 27 February 1896.  I came to France in the month of February 1917 to serve in the American Ambulances with the French Army.  He then voluntarily enlisted in the French Army as a member of the Lafayette Flying Corps as a fighter pilot in Spad Squadron 94.  He fell in aerial combat on the grounds of this town on 1 April 1918.  His body rests in the Suresnes American Cemetery.  Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world grant us peace.
