Details:
Located inside the church next to the statue of Mary holding the baby Jesus. Plaque A white marble plaque, text written in gold leaf. There is a gold cross at the top middle of the plaque, with the dates 1914 and 1918 to the left and right of it, respectively. There are small silver-colored stars at each of its 4 corners. The plaque commemorates Sergeant William Hallett Tailer, who was an aviator for the Lafayette Escadrille during World War I.
