In homage to 1st Lt. William Dale Lacey Jr, pilot in the 12th Photo Fighter Squadron, 10th Photo Fighter Group, USAAF. Died for our freedom at the controls of his Mustang P51 at St Martin Don on July 30th, 1944. He was 21.
