A rough-hewn upright granite memorial stone with a rounded top, featuring a large rectangular bronze plaque mounted on its front. The plaque bears a trilingual inscription in French, English, and Breton commemorating Charles Armand Tuffin, Marquis de La Rouërie, as a hero of the American War of Independence, a defender of the liberties of Brittany, and the founder of the Breton Association.
