A concrete portion of the Berlin Wall with a metal structure in the form of the Solidarność logo (Solidarity) mounted to it. The memorial includes quotes from President Ronald Reagan and Pope John Paul II. The memorial also includes information signs about Ronald Reagan and the Solidarity movement.

and another written in Polish with the English Translation:
