Remy Stained Glass Window (383rd Fighter Squadron)
Details:
At the back of the church.
Commemorative Object
When LT Braly attacked a German supply train hidden by Remy, the resulting explosion blew out the windows in the Church. In the late 1990's, Braly's buddies of the 383rd Fighter Squadron (364th Fighter Group) led an effort to replace the church windows in his honor.
The propeller of LT Braly is set as a memorial in front of the window; a nearby plaque marks the spot where Braly's plane crashed.
