In a park in the street triangle co-located with a British War memorial.
A plaque of the Division symbol of the 104th Infantry Division- “The Timberwolves”. The plaque is co-located with a British “Polar Bear” war memorial and a 40mm “Bofor” anti-aircraft gun. Information signs explain the local battle.
The memorial remembers the 104th Infantry Division participation in the liberation of Wuurstwezel in October 1944, supporting British Army operations in the area.
The plaque was added to the memorial in 2013.
