Affixed on the first stele from left behind the Iraqi Freedom sculpture.

A rectangular bronze plaque affixed on a thick, concrete, free standing block, inscribed in English text. On the left side of the plaque, the name of the fallen hero SSG Franklin and the insignia of the 1^st US Armored Division are inscribed while on the middle of the plaque is the flag of the US followed by a silhouette of 2 standing soldiers with 4 stars above their head and the map of Iraq behind them. The right side contains a quote from General MacArthur and insignia of the 40^th Brigade Engineer Battalion on the bottom corner.
