Affixed on the first stele from left behind the Iraqi Freedom sculpture.


Plaque

A rectangular bronze plaque affixed on a thick, concrete, free standing block, inscribed in English text. On the left side of the plaque, the name of the fallen hero SSG Franklin and the insignia of the 1st US Armored Division are inscribed while on the middle of the plaque is the flag of the US followed by a silhouette of 2 standing soldiers with 4 stars above their head and the map of Iraq behind them. The right side contains a quote from General MacArthur and insignia of the 40th Brigade Engineer Battalion on the bottom corner.
