UNITED STATES

OF AMERICA

 

This is to certify that the accompanying flag was flown over the United States Capitol on July 13, 1981, at the request of the Honorable Bill Frenzel, Member of Congress.

 

This flag will be presented to the Church of St Peter and Paul, Lavenham, Suffolk, England, for their American corner by the SCOPE Investment Club of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
