Captain William Rothlin Plaque
Details:
The plaque is located at the top of the left wall in the Comune entryway underneath the plaque to the First Special Service Force and above the bulletin board
The plaque is made of white marble with black inscription.
Captain Rothlin was a member of the joint Canadian-US Unit known as the First Special Service Force (FSSF). He was a Company Commander in the First Regiment FSSF and was killed in the heroic attack of Monte La Defensa on December 3, 1943.
