About 1500 meters west of the Somme American Cemetery on the south side of the road across from the Gillemont Farm.

Marker

A white stone base bearing a bronze plaque erected by the Veterans of the 7th Infantry Regiment, New York National Guard, on 29 September 2018 on the centennial of the rupture of the Hindenburg Line.  Text in French and English.  The insignias of the 107th Infantry Regiment and 27th Infantry Division are on either side of the text.

Monument Text:

Dedicated to the memory of the soldiers of the 107th Infantry US, 27th Division (New York) who liberated Gillemont Farm on September 29, 1918 and who served in the battle of the breaking of the Hindenburg Line September 29-30, 1918.  Presented by the 7th Regiment NYNG (107th Inf) on September 29, 2018.
