General Eisenhower Plaque
Details:
The plaque is located at the north entrance of the park, at a fork in the trails which run through the park. Plaque This bronze plaque rests on a large field stone and describes (in German) the horrors of war and the necessity for freedom, an idea frequently by American General and President Dwight D. Eisenhower.
