Tall metal structure coming out of the ground at and angle with a small white plaque at its base with the glider insignia.
Monument Text:
"Comme l'éclair d'un orage d'été à l'aube du 15 aout 1944, 9000 hommes des armées alliées furent parachutés ou transportés par 400 planeurs dans la plaine de La Motte pour libérer la Provence et libérer la France.
