At the side of a walkway in the park. Statue A bust of Ronald Reagan honoring him for his role in ending the Cold War.  Sculpted by Boris Borisov and installed with donated funds, it was unveiled on 10 May 2017.  .  The bronze bust is mounted on a granite base which has Bulgarian inscription.
