the bus station sign.

Two white markers next to each other, inscribed in French text commemorating the crew of the downed B-17 (42-102552) "Horn's Hornets" of the 339th Bomber Squadron, 96th Bomber Groupon Jun 22, 1944.
The pilot of the B-17 was 1LT Jay H. Horn.
