Three Americans Memorial- 83rd Infantry Division
Details:
On the shore side of the road, in a curve, several hundred meters south of the city limit sign. The memorial overlooks the sailboat harbor and is at the top of a set of stairs descending to the water. Monument A tall concrete stele with a sculpture of a GI's head towards the top and french inscription. The monument was paid for by the citizens of Briac and was erected on August 15, 1945.
