The site is the town cemetery situated on the east side of the village where inside of the cemetery the Église Saint-Cyr et Sainte-Julitte is also sited. These are located at the intersection of Le Bourg, about 350 meters east of the village hall. La Fresnaye-au-Sauvage is a former commune and was merged into the new commune of Putanges-le-Lac.
