The site is stiuated about 900 meters south of Lavadia town hall, near the Baturyna Street and Baturyna Lane junction. The site is the most renowned as the venue of the 1945 Yalta Conference, where Allied leaders—including U.S. President Franklin D. Roosevelt—planned the end of World War II and shaped the postwar order. As of August 2025, it operates as a museum that commemorates both the legacy of imperial Russia and the landmark diplomatic decisions of the Second World War.
