The site is at the border of Belgium and France at a bridge over the small river L’Elnon in the village of La Glanerie- Rumes. Rumes is a municipality of Wallonia, in the province of Hainaut, Belgium. The town also includes the district La Glanerie. The site is on the bridge on the border with the French town of Mouchin on Rue Emile Clainquart, near the motorcycle monument in La Galnerie, Belgium.
