Harry Anatolle Arceneaux Jr. was born on February 5, 1930, in Louisiana. He was the son of Harry Arceneaux and Stella C. Arceneaux. He served in Company F, 2nd Battalion, 15th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Infantry Division, as a Sergeant First Class and Light Weapons Assault Crewman during the Korean War.

SFC Arceneaux was listed as Missing in Action while fighting the enemy in North Korea on November 5, 1952. He was presumed dead on December 31, 1953. His remains were not recovered. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial.
