Stanley Hillard Anthony was born on October 8, 1928, in Chambers County, Alabama. He was the son of Joe Brown Anthony and Eloise H. Humphrey Anthony. He served in Company B, 1st Battalion, 35th Infantry Regiment, 25th Infantry Division, as a Private and Light Weapons Infantryman during the Korean War.
Pvt Anthony was Killed in Action on April 25, 1951, while fighting the enemy in South Korea. He is now buried in the Fairview Cemetery, Valley, Chambers County, Alabama, USA.
