When Earl LeRoy Stull was born on April 25, 1918, in Franklinville, New York, his father, John, was 21 and his mother, Hattie, was 19. He had two sons with Melvina Prather. He entered the military service in Pennsylvania. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II as a Private First Class in the 26th Infantry Regiment, 1st Infantry Division. He died on March 4, 1945 and is now buried in Ardennes American Cemetery, Neupré, Belgium.
