Jack Kenny was the son of Joseph Leo and Francis Roy, of New York City. He served in the 101 (R.A.F.) Squadron of the Royal Canadian Air Force as a Pilot Officer during World War II. He was Killed in Action on February 1, 1945, when his Lancaster aircraft # PB 256 went missing during a night trip to Ludwigshafen, Germany.
