Paul J. Flanagan was born on 1921. He entered the military service in New York on october 15, 1940. He was noted as being employed as a Lens Grinder and also as Single, without dependents. Paul served as a Private in the 16th Infantry Regiment, 1st Infantry Division, U.S. Army during World War II. He resided at 128 Broadway Street, Rochester, Monroe County, New York prior to the war. He was Killed in Action on February 25, 1945 and is now buried in Henri-Chapelle American Cemetery, Hombourg, Belgium.
