Cecil S. Huntington was born on June 26, 1894, in California. He served in the Signal Corps of the US Army during World War I. He was killed in an airplane accident on June 25, 1918, in France, due to a collision with another airplane when one of the aviators misunderstood a signal during a formation flight. 2Lt Huntington's body was returned to the San Francisco area but his current burial place is unknown.
