Ellis E. Hunt was born in 1885. He was the son of Frank J. Hunt and Ida M. Hunt. Ellis served in the 81st Aero Squadron as a Private during World War I. He died in 1918 and is now buried in the Maple Hill Cemetery, Evansville, Rock County, Wisconsin, USA. Pvt hunt was one of the 171 American servicemen who trained at the Third Aviation Instruction Center in France and died between 1917-1919.
