Neil Rex Collier, Jr. was born on October 11, 1921 in Clarendon, Arlington County, Virginia. He served in the US Air Corps as a First Lieutenant and Pilot of an aircraft during World War II. Neil died on January 7, 1945 and is now buried in the Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Arlington County, Virginia, USA.
