Charles Lewis Biser, Jr. was born on January 19, 1916. He enlisted in the service in April 1942 and was trained at Camp Blanding, Fla. He was sent overseas in December 1942 and served in the U.S. Army during World War II as a Private in the 26th Infantry Regiment, 1st Infantry Division. He was Killed in Action on November 29, 1944 in the Battle of the Bulge in Germany and is now buried in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hagerstown, Washington County, Maryland, USA.
