Seymour N. Segall was born on August 18, 1924 in New Jersey. He was the son of Sylvan Zalman Segall and Bertha Segall. Seymour served in the U.S. Army during World War II as a Private in the 16th Infantry Regiment, 1st Infantry Division. He was Killed in Action on June 6, 1944 during the invasion on Omaha Beach, France at the age of 19 and is now buried in Mount Lebanon Cemetery, Iselin, Middlesex County, New Jersey, USA.
