Walter C. Barlow was born on February 19, 1917. He was the son of Edma M. and Thomas Barlow. Walter served in the U.S. Army during World War II as a Private in the 5th Field Artillery Regiment, 1st Infantry Division. He died on July 6, 1944 at the age of 27 in France and is now buried in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Shenandoah Heights, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania, USA.
